Catherine, a designer in Australia, got the hybrid purple heart. She is the first in her country to get a Halfwood. I let her know she could be part of my plan to build Halfwoods for other artists “down under.”
I took images of the 12 presses made and sent in 2009, added fragments I gathered from the people who own them, and made a calendar. You can see the first trial proof of it on the video. Below, left, is Catherine Watkins' page.
